Being consumed by your Tribe shows commitment and authenticity. Two critical aspects of good leadership. If I may add one thing. You dont always have to find your Tribe. If you believe something and it is real and authentic to you. Stand up. Do your silly dance and people who this resonates with will stand behind you. It does take one person to make a point, stick by it, and be original. This is how tribes start. 

Remember, If you arent pissing someone off you are probably not changing anything.</description>
